Terms & Conditions/ Cancellation Policy
We require a minimum 24 hours notice for any appointment changes, cancellations and reschedules; less than 24 hours notice will incur a 50% fee of the total booked service. Less than 2 hours notice and NO SHOWs will incur a 100% Fee of the total booked service. Arriving more than 10 minutes late may lead to cancellation or a shorter session due to other clients' schedules.
